John Boy and Billy Broadcast Live From NASCAR Hall of Fame Grand Opening Tomorrow

LOS ANGELES, May 10, 2010 - Premiere Radio Networks' syndicated hosts John Boy and Billy will broadcast live on Tuesday, May 11, from the grand opening of the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Big Show will be the first radio program to broadcast from NASCAR Media Group's custom radio studios located on site at the 150,000-square-foot interactive, entertainment attraction, which honors the history and heritage of NASCAR. Airing live from 6 - 10 a.m. ET, the Charlotte-based program will give listeners an insider view of the special event, in addition to featuring interviews with guests from the world of NASCAR.

John Boy and Billy commented, "We're proud to be among the NASCAR drivers and legends, owners and executives, special guests and fans, celebrating the grand opening of the NASCAR Hall Fame. It's truly an honor to be a part of this historic day."

John Boy and Billy's live radio broadcast will kick off the one-hour opening ceremony that begins at 9 a.m. ET and culminates with Richard Petty, Junior Johnson, Darrell Waltrip, Jack Ingram, Ron Hornaday and five lucky fans officially opening the interactive venue. The opening ceremony will be followed by a free community celebration outside the NASCAR Hall of Fame from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. In addition to Bomshel, Lee Brice and Love and Theft concerts, other free outdoor activities will include driver appearances, question-and-answer sessions, autograph sessions, strolling entertainment and food vendors.
