Premiere Radio's "Qualitatively Enhanced" Networks Continue Strong in RADAR 105

LOS ANGELES, June 21, 2010 - Premiere Radio Networks today reported RADAR 105, June 2010 results for its recently reconfigured and "qualitatively enhanced" 18 RADAR networks (Evening Adult, Evening Youth, Everyday Women, Female Focus, FOX News, Informed, Modern Women, Money & Smarts, Money & Smarts :15, Prime Time, Super Moms, Super Moms :15, Today’s Men, Top Market, Top Market :15, Urban, Young Influencers and Young Influencers :15).

The RADAR 105 sample consists of 377,644 diary keepers/PPM panelists/respondents. PPM panelists comprise approximately 41% of the total respondent listening sample.

Premiere's new "Qualitatively Enhanced" Networks Maintain Solid Strength in Overall Rankings
In RADAR 105 rankings of all 51 measured RADAR networks for the All Broadcasts, Monday-Sunday 5AM-12Midnight broad daypart (Average Audience), Premiere Radio Networks' recently introduced "qualitatively enhanced" networks, comprised largely of Clear Channel stations across the country, took many of the top spots in rank position. For Persons 12+ overall Average Audience, Premiere Informed was the number one ranked network. For the key target demo of Adults 25-54 Average Audience, ten of Premiere's overall eighteen networks landed amongst the top 20 ranked positions of all networks. Premiere Informed was the number three ranked network among all Adults 25-54. Premiere Modern Women ranked fifth, Premiere Today's Men ranked eighth, Premiere Money & Smarts :15 ranked ninth, Premiere Young Influencers :15 ranked eleventh, Premiere Super Moms ranked thirteenth, Premiere Money & Smarts ranked fourteenth, Premiere Prime Time ranked fifteenth, Premiere Young Influencers ranked seventeenth and Premiere Super Moms :15 ranked twentieth.

For the key target demo of Adults 18-49 Average Audience, eleven of Premiere’s overall eighteen networks landed amongst the top 20 ranked positions of all networks. Premiere Modern Women was ranked number four. Premiere Young Influencers :15 ranked fifth, Premiere Informed ranked seventh, Premiere Today's Men ranked ninth, Premiere Super Moms ranked eleventh, Premiere Money & Smarts :15 ranked thirteenth, Premiere Young Influencers ranked fourteenth, Premiere Prime Time ranked fifteenth, Premiere Money & Smarts ranked sixteenth, Premiere Super Moms :15 ranked eighteenth and Premiere Everyday Women ranked twentieth.

Premiere Networks Dominate in Total Weekly Reach
In an analysis of both total and exclusive weekly reach by a RADAR network company in RADAR 105, June 2010 (Volume 2, Network Audiences to All Commercials, All Broadcasts - 24 Hours), Premiere Radio Networks achieved the highest percentage weekly reach among all seven RADAR network companies for Persons 12+, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. For total weekly reach in RADAR 104, Premiere reached 48.4 percent of all Persons 12+, 51.6 percent of all Adults 25-54 and 51.7 percent of all Adults 18-49. Additionally, 26 percent of Premiere Radio Networks' total weekly reach are exclusive listeners (over 32.6 million Persons 12+ listeners - unique audience not reached by any other network group).

Premiere Networks "Reach" New Heights in Rankings
In RADAR 105 rankings of all 51 measured RADAR networks for the All Broadcasts, Monday-Sunday 12Midnight-12Midnight broad daypart (Cume Audience), Premiere Radio Networks' Clear Channel-based networks comprised three of the top-ranked networks for both Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49. For Adults 25-54 Cume Audience, Premiere Young Influencers :15 was the number one ranked network. Premiere Super Moms ranked second and Premiere Young Influences ranked third. For Adults 18-49 Cume Audience, Premiere Young Influencers :15 was ranked number one. Premiere Young Influencers ranked second and Premiere Super Moms ranked third.

Premiere Radio Networks in RADAR 105 included approximately 850 Clear Channel owned-and-operated radio stations among its newly-configured networks.

Premiere Continues Solid Strength with Women
In the RADAR 105, June 2010 survey of all 51 measured radio networks for the All Broadcasts, Monday-Sunday 6AM-midnight broad daypart, Premiere Female Focus is the only RADAR-rated network to feature a percentage female composition of 65 percent or higher for key female target demographics. Of all its Adults 18-49 listeners, Premiere Female Focus was comprised of 65 percent Women 18-49. Of all its Adults 25-54 listeners, Premiere Female Focus was comprised of 65 percent Women 25-54.

Additionally, Premiere Super Moms, Premiere Super Moms :15 and Premiere Everyday Women also scored with significant female compositions. Of all its Adults 18-49 listeners, Premiere Super Moms was comprised of 58 percent Women 18-49. Of all its Adults 25-54 listeners, Premiere Super Moms was also comprised of 58 percent Women 25-54.

In RADAR 105 rankings of all 51 measured RADAR networks for the All Broadcasts, Monday-Sunday 12Midnight-12Midnight broad daypart (Cume Audience), Premiere grabbed the top four rank positions for women with children under the age of 12. For Women 25-54 with Children under the age of 12, Premiere Young Influencers :15 ranked first, Premiere Super Moms ranked second and Premiere Young Influencers ranked third, and Premiere Super Moms :15 ranked fourth. For Women 18-49 with Children under the age of 12, Premiere garnered the top three rank positions for this qualitative category. Premiere Young Influencers :15 ranked first, Premiere Super Moms ranked second and Premiere Young Influencers ranked third.
