Mötley Crüe to Co-Headline OZZFest 2010 Beginning August 14th at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA

(Los Angeles, CA) - International rock icon, Nikki Sixx along with host of the evening, Kat Von D will be celebrating the launch of "The Side Show Countdown with Nikki Sixx" on 98-7FM tonight in Los Angeles.

Sixx stated, "Los Angeles has been my home since the days even before Mötley Crüe, so I am beyond excited that 'The Side Show Countdown' has found a home at 98-7FM. "The Side Show Countdown with Nikki Sixx" premiered on L.A.'s most-talked-about radio station, 98-7fm, on Saturday, July 10 at 8 - 10 a.m PST. The nationally syndicated weekend program from Premiere Radio Networks spotlights the internationally renowned rocker in his role as radio host and tastemaker. In addition to featuring chart-topping music each week, Sixx spotlights new and emerging artists, talks with guests from all areas of entertainment, and shares his personal new music picks.

Nikki will be making an appearance in the premiere episode of the new season of LA Ink with Kat Von D, which begins August 11 at 10/9c on TLC and is currently working on a new book and accompanying Sixx:A.M. album.

Nikki Sixx and the rest of Mötley Crüe will be hitting the road as the co-headliners on this year’s OZZFest. The six-date run begins on Saturday, August 14th at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA - the birthplace of the first OZZFest in 1996. This year's lineup includes co-headliner Ozzy Osbourne along with Rob Halford, DevilDriver and Nonpoint on the main stage. The second stage inlcudes Black Label Society, Drowning Pool, Kingdom of Sorrow, Goatwhore, Skeletonwitch, Saviours and Kataklysm.
