OFFICIAL RULES

 Contest Name: Win a trip To Bob Seger's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in New York! (the "Contest")
 Capitol Records, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Capitol Records"), will conduct the
 Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes begins at 12midnight Eastern Time on January 25, 2004 and concludes at 11:59pm Eastern Time on February 1, 2004. Online entries limited to one entry per person, household, or e-mail address. Subsequent entries from a person, household, or e-mail address will not be eligible for prizes. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. Capitol records, Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., and their affiliated companies (together, the "Participating Sponsors") disclaim all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Capitol Records's control, or otherwise. For all contests the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors disclaim all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Capitol Records is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted with the exception of entries via the bobseger.com home page and http://www.premiereradio.com/sweeps/bob_seger/. Entries void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged, illegible, or received outside authorized channels. All entries and information become property of Capitol Records and will not be returned.
  2. ENTRY DETAILS: To enter, visit http://www.premiereradio.com/sweeps/bob_seger/ and follow all instructions to complete the online entry form, including leaving your name, address, city, state, zip or postal code, e-mail address, age, and day and evening phone number (including area code).
  3. PRIZE DRAWING: A drawing will be held on or about February 2, 2004 from among all correct, eligible entries received by 11:59pm Eastern Time on February 1, 2004. Odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail on or about February 2, 2004. An Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release must be signed, notarized, and returned by each prize winner within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt. Prize will not be awarded until the Affidavit is completed. Failure to return the executed Affidavit within that time may result in forfeiture of prize and random selection of alternate winner from remaining correct, eligible entries.
  4. PUBLICITY; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
  5. PRIZES: The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are: One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for 2 to spend 2 nights in New York City to attend Bob Seger's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Hotel, Ground Transportation to and from the induction and airfare included; (Total Retail Value of combined prizes: $2,000.00). Sponsor reserve the right to substitute for any portion of these prizes. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. No cash equivalent for prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Capitol Records reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
  6. TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600.00 in prizes from the Capitol Records and Participating Sponsors will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
  7. CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Capitol Records personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Capitol Records will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Capitol Records's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Capitol Records, the Capitol Records reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Capitol Records deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Capitol Records and are final. The Capitol Records may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CAPITOL RECORDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  8. CONDITIONS. Entrants release Capitol Records, Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., their respective directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, officers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the prize, including liability for personal injury.
  9. ELIGIBILITY. Participants and winner(s) must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18-years old as determined by the Capitol Records. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the Capitol Records reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest. Employees of the Capitol Records, the Contest's participating sponsors and their divisions, affiliates, officers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents and advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Subject to all laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes void in Rhode Island.
  10. MISCELLANEOUS: Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Capitol Records's release form to claim the prize. The Capitol Records may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Capitol Records disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to Premiere Radio Networks; Bob Seger Sweepstakes; 1270 Avenue of the Americas, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10020. Winners list will be available after February 2, 2004. VT residents only may omit return postage. All entries become the property of the Capitol Records and will not be returned.
