OFFICIAL RULES

Contest Name: CHEVY VIEWER'S CHOICE DRIVING SONG OF THE YEAR SWEEPSTAKES (the "Contest").

Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest begins at 12:01am Pacific Time on November 16, 2005 and concludes at 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on December 4, 2005. Entries limited to one entry per person, household, or e-mail address. Subsequent entries from a person, household, or e-mail address will not be eligible for prizes. Contest winners will be drawn from online entries only. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. The Company, General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet, Tall Pony Entertainment Group, NBC Inc., each affiliate radio station, and their affiliated companies, parents and subsidiaries (together, the "Participating Sponsors") disclaim all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise. For all contests, the Company and Participating Sponsors disclaim all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company and Participating Sponsors are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted with the exception of entries via the www.chevydrivingsong.com home page. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or enter the Contest is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Entries void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged, illegible, or received outside authorized channels. All entries and information become property of the Company and will not be returned.
  2. ENTRY DETAILS: To enter, visit http://www.chevydrivingsong.com. Follow all instructions to complete the online entry form, including leaving your name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, date of birth, day and evening phone number (including area code), and your one (1) vote from five (5) song titles for the 2005 Chevy Driving Song of the Year Award.
  3. PRIZE SELECTION DETAILS: A random drawing will be held on or about December 6, 2005 from among all correct, eligible entries received by 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on December 4, 2005. Odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or mail on or about December 6, 2005. Where allowed by law, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release must be signed, notarized, and returned by prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) within three (3) days of notification attempt. Travel companion (guest) of the prize winner, or their parent or guardian if guest is a minor, must complete a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Prize will not be awarded until the Affidavit is completed. Failure to return the executed Affidavits and Releases within that time may result in forfeiture of prize and random selection of alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.
  4. PUBLICITY; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company and Participating Sponsors exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company and Participating Sponsors may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
  5. PRIZES: The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are: One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for two (2) to the 2005 Radio Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major gateway nearest the winner's home to the major gateway nearest Las Vegas, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the 2005 Radio Music Awards, and airport transfers (Approximate Retail Value: $2,000.00). Travel will take place between December 18 and 20, 2005. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Participating Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides less than 100 miles from the prize destination. Meals, incidentals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participating Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including destination and travel dates, for an alternate prize of equal or greater value. No transfer or change of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Participating Sponsors. No cash equivalent for prize will be awarded. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  6. TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company and Participating Sponsors, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Company and Participating Sponsors with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600.00 in prizes from the Company and Participating Sponsors will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
  7. CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company and Participating Sponsor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  8. CONDITIONS. Entrants release Premiere Radio Networks, Inc., General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet, Tall Pony Entertainment Group, NBC Inc., each affiliate radio station, their respective directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, officers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use of the prize, including without limitation liability for death, personal injury and/or disability.
  9. ELIGIBILITY. Participants and winner(s) must be legal residents of the continental United States and at least 21-years old at the time of entry as determined by the Company. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but the Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor. Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest. Individuals who have won a prize from the Company within 180 days prior to the start date of this contest are NOT eligible. Employees of the Company, the Contest's Participating Sponsors and their divisions, parent companies, affiliates, officers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents and advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Subject to all laws and regulations and void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest void in Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  10. MISCELLANEOUS: Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Contest at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to Chevy Driving Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 80,000, Los Angeles, CA, 90080. Winners list will be available for six (6) months beginning December 16, 2005. VT residents only may omit return postage. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.
  11. JURISDICTION: These official rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Venue and jurisdiction for any claims associated in any way with these rules shall only be proper in the State of California.
